These terms govern your use of https://projectorsindia.com (the “Site”), operated by Projectors India (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. We try to describe products accurately; specifications are provided by manufacturers. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Accounts and dealer accounts

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password private — you are responsible for activity on your account — and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. Dealer accounts are for businesses that resell or install projectors and are approved at our discretion after checking the details given. Dealer prices are for the approved dealer only and must not be shared. We may withdraw dealer status, or suspend an account that is misused, and you can delete your account at any time from the My account page.

Returns and warranty

See our Refund Policy. Manufacturer warranties apply as stated on each product page and are serviced as per the manufacturer's terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
