Refund & cancellation policy

Cancellations

You can cancel any order before it is shipped for a full refund. Contact us on WhatsApp or at support@projectorsindia.com with your order number.

Returns

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. We arrange pickup where available.

Damaged or defective products

If your projector arrives damaged or doesn't work, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the unboxing. We will replace it or refund you in full at no cost.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Non-returnable

• Products with physical damage caused after delivery.
• Products with missing serial numbers or accessories.
